Originally, TWC operated as an outsourced insight team, mining wholesale data to identify opportunities Boost could exploit. Over time, TWC’s role has evolved as the Boost team has grown and the brand expanded into more categories.
THE SOLUTION
Boost has a data led culture and the business is guided by one version of the truth. TWC Technology collates sales data from different wholesalers into one channel read, this is supplemented with insight/commentary from TWC Consulting, which is shared across the business every month.
THE IMPACT
As well as providing the technology, TWC has been retained as trusted advisors to give an objective view and an external perspective on current trading. This means that all of Boost are aligned on company and category performance and clear on where the team must focus its effort to derive the greatest impact on sell through.
