
We are delighted to announce a major upgrade to the SmartView Convenience (SVC) platform as part of our commitment to giving you the tools you need to make smarter, faster business decisions.
Here’s what we have added:
- More measures – we have added the following measures to the product performance page as standard: % distribution, weighted distribution, value rate of sale, unit rate of sale, average price per unit.
- Product search tool – this popular functionality from our wholesaler platforms has been added to SVC, allowing users to look up any product to see where it is cleansed to in the product hierarchy, and its sales by fascia. It can also be used for more generic terms such as flavours, pack types or pack sizes to see which products include those terms. For example, you want to look up any product with the word ‘PEACH’ in its description….this is now possible.
- Best sellers/fastest growers – again, these pages from our wholesale platforms have been added to SVC. This will help you spot best sellers and fastest growers quickly.
- Trended data – again, in response to feedback, we have added trended data visualisation (previously only available at SKU level through SKU Tracker) into the platform, for your convenience. This will allow you to trend category/sub-category, supplier and brand sales over time.
