TWC is delighted to announce that it is adding research to its portfolio of services with TWC Trends – in depth reports that allow us to dig into what is happening in the market and why, and identify emerging future trends.
TWC is launching this service to bring something new to the wholesale route to market. There are currently several market tracker programmes in our industry but there is a gap for straightforward sentiment research and opinion mining on current and future trends. This opinion mining will be overlaid with incisive interpretation and calls to action.
In 2021 we plan to run two tranches of research for launch as written reports and video content in mid-April and mid-October 1. This will be interspersed with pulses of time-critical insight through the year.

Our industry has seen seismic shifts over the last 12 months as Covid has ravaged out-of-home and boosted sales in Convenience retail.
We have identified some of the themes that our first report will focus on as the industry and society adjusts to a new way of life and faces the longer-term impacts of living with a Pandemic, below.
We are keen to get contributions from the trade about other themes we could include to ensure the research is as inclusive and representative as possible.
