Christmas is one of the most important ‘events’ in the retail & hospitality year. But 2020 has been unlike any other year in living history, and therefore we can not expect a ‘normal’ Christmas trading period in 2020.
TWC interviewed over 1,000 consumers from all over the UK to understand what they think they will do over the Christmas 2020 period and how they will shop. The research focused on two key areas:
