Out of home continues to face a number of challenges but some of the opportunities that Nick highlights include:
- The demand for value and the opportunity for ‘added value’
- More mainstream health opportunities (think meat reduction, increasing plant-based options, vegetarian rather than vegan)
- Home delivery – ignore at your peril
- Spend shifting to the back end of the week, representing more valued eating occasions and more leisure driven
