Out of home continues to face a number of challenges but some of the opportunities that Nick highlights include: 

  • The demand for value and the opportunity for ‘added value’ 
  • More mainstream health opportunities (think meat reduction, increasing plant-based options, vegetarian rather than vegan) 
  • Home delivery – ignore at your peril 
  • Spend shifting to the back end of the week, representing more valued eating occasions and more leisure driven
